In Honor of Thanksgiving Holiday we will be closed on Wednesday November 21 through Saturday November 24. No classes for both Tae Kwon Do and Zumba.
TKD Classes (effective November 1st, 2012)
Monday – Friday @ 5:30 pm & 6:15 pm
Saturday @ 11:00 am.
FREE Uniform upon paid enrollment.

Weeknight classes now begin @ 7:00 pm
Monday nights @ 7:00 pm bring your hand weights (up to 5 lbs ea.)

Background: Taekwondo (also written as “tae kwon do”, “taekwon-do” or “t’aegwondo”) is a modern martial art from Korea, renowned for the power and speed of its kicking techniques. One variation is an Olympic sport. Brought to the United States (San Marcos,Tx) circa 1957 by Jhoon Rhee, and it has flourished ever since, especially here in Texas.
We are a martial arts school studying the American Chung Do Kwon system of Tae Kwon Do and offer the 1st class free and family discounts on our monthly rates. If you don’t see a class or time that fits your needs, please let us know as we would be willing to add to our schedule, if there are enough students.
